1. Who we are
Petuno is a dog-collar health product in development. The operating company is being incorporated; its legal name, registered address, and where required its EU representative and data-protection contact, will be added here before the product is sold. Until then you can reach us at [email protected].
This notice covers the website petuno.pet only. A separate notice will cover the Petuno app and collar when they launch.
2. What this website collects
Reservation form. If you enter your email address to reserve a unit, we use it only to contact you about availability and shipping. At the current stage the form does not send or store your address anywhere. This section takes effect once a reservation system is connected, and this page will be updated at that point.
Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, request headers, approximate location, and similar technical information to serve the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cookie Policy.
Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests files from Google and your IP address is shared with Google for that purpose. We plan to self-host fonts before launch to remove this.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking on this site.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Reservation email: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Site delivery and security: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.
4. How long we keep it
Reservation emails: until the first production run has shipped, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Technical logs held by Cloudflare follow their own retention periods.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use these processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, content delivery, and security.
- Google LLC for web fonts.
A complete list of processors, with their locations and safeguards, will be published before launch.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. The Petuno product
When the collar and app launch, health readings from your dog are processed on the device wherever possible, only summaries and flagged periods are sent off it, and that data is never sold. Full product privacy terms, and separate data-processing terms for veterinary clinics, will be published then.
10. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
